14-Day Return Period:
At Vivante, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with high-quality products. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. This return period is in compliance with the Kuwaiti law governing consumer rights.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Any accompanying documentation, tags, labels, or accessories should also be included.
Return Process:

- Ship the item(s) back to us within the 14-day return period. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refund Process:
Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. Please allow up to [X] business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
