You received your order and didn't like it! No worries, our returns & exchanges are easy. You can return any item for a refund, within 15 days of receiving your original order only for Credit Cards holders , but  we are unable to refund cash for customers who pay using the cash on delivery option. They will get a coupon code by email which can be used for further purchases.  
What you will need 
Your receipt and the unused items in their original unopened packaging are required for all returns and exchanges. We issue refunds through the same method of payment as the original payment (e.g. credit card purchases will be credited to the original credit card account). 
Purchases that are not refundable 
• Used bedding (i.e. bed linens, duvets, pillows and pillow-tops) 
• Stuffed and upholstered products without a law label 
• Cut metre fabrics 
• Made-to-measure items (i.e. custom countertops) 
• Products that have been modified, altered or washed 
• AS-IS products 
• IKEA gift cards 
• At any time, IKEA reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange, and we may ask for picture identification. Please visit your local IKEA store or contact us for.

Reason for Returning: Looks different for the image on the site.  
 ACACIA Team will send you a confirmation e-mail  with your return number, our team will contact you within 5 working days from receiving the Returns Confirmation Email to reconfirm pickup location and agree on a suitable time to come collect the items.   
Please make sure to hand over the shipment invoice for the items otherwise they will not accept to receive the package, which may cause delays with your refund.

 Note:  The returns that are damaged, soiled, altered or missing items that came with them such as belts, authenticity cards or dust bags may not be accepted and may be sent back to you. 

 All goods will be inspected on return. We try hard to accept all returns, and returns to us don't need to be in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.  

Once ACACIA has received your return and it complies with our return policy, we will refund you the money back if you paid by credit card, or send you a voucher code to use on your next purchase if you paid cash on delivery Within 15 to 20 Days.

You will be refunded the full value of your purchase minus the shipping costs. Customs duties, taxes, clearance and handling fees are non refundable as they are paid to third parties.
